To have Your Product ID/Authorization Code Automatically Delivered 24 Hours A Day, complete the fields below:
   
    *Primary Phone (the main number that you have given us, formatted as XXX-XXX-XXXX)
   Secondary Phone 
           *E-mail 
(Your authorization code will be automatically sent to this address. You may use any email address available to you.)
       *Product ID 

To Find Your Product ID code if not already displayed on your software screen, select the Tools>Register pulldown menu.


IMPORTANT: A Product ID that is mis-typed even by one character will result in a FAILED code attempt.
Thus it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to copy and paste your Prodcut ID to ensure accuracy.

1. To COPY your Camelot 2.x/CleanEXEC Product ID:
	Double-click on the Product ID code in your Camelot program

2. To PASTE the copied Product ID into the field above:
	A.  Click in the Product ID field above
B. Press [Ctrl]+[V] on your keyboard to paste the code into the field. 3. Click the SUBMIT button below. Your code will be automatically emailed. With most Internet Service Providers (ISPs),
your email with your codes will be delivered within 30 minutes.
(Some ISPs take much longer to deliver emails than others.) IMPORTANT: Check your Junk and Spam folders to make sure your code email was not routed there!
                                       

 

An INSTALL KEY CODE is different than a Product ID. To request your Install Key Code if prompted for one by Camelot, click here.

IF YOU DO NOT GET A PRODUCT ID CODE WITHIN 30 MINUTES:

1. Check your junk or spam folders for the email address that you submitted.


2. Carefully re-enter your correct Product ID (copy and paste per instructions above recommended), and re-enter your phone number that is on file with us.
When you submit your request, you may use any valid email address to which you have access.

3. If you still have not received your Product Authorization code after a 2nd request, email the codes administrator with your full contact information,
along with any phone numbers which you may have used to register your software originally.

Please allow up to 1 business day for response.
