    *Primary Phone (the main number that you have given us, formatted as XXX-XXX-XXXX)

(your authorization code will be automatically sent to the email address entered here)
       *Product ID 
To Find Your Product ID code, select the Tools>Register pulldown menu.
IMPORTANT:  A mis-typed Product ID will result in a failed code attempt.
Thus it is recommended to copy and paste the Prodcut ID if possible.



To Copy the Product ID into the field above:
1.  Double-click on the Product ID code in your Camelot program (this copies it)

2.  Click in the Product ID field above then press [Ctrl]+[V]
on your keyboard to paste the code into the field.  

3.  Click the Submit button below.  Your code will be automatically emailed usually within 20 minutes.
                                       

Mail delivery times vary substantially among Internet Service Providers. AOL and free email accounts such as Hotmail and Gmail can often have much slower delivery. Broadband internet service is recommended where available.

An INSTALL KEY CODE is different than a Product ID. To request your Install Key Code if prompted for one by Camelot, click here.

IF YOU DO NOT GET A PRODUCT ID CODE WITHIN 20 MINUTES:

1. Check your junk or spam folders for the email address that you submitted.

2. Carefully re-enter your correct Product ID and phone number, then submit your request again, using a valid email address to which you have access.
