Features Tour 11 of 11:  Accounting

Clicking the Accounting button from the Navigator main screen takes you to the screen shown below.

When you click the ‘Print Forms’ button, you see the screen below. Shown is the Invoices tab. So to print your month’s invoices (or whatever time frame), just select the desired invoices (usually all that appear there), and click the ‘Print Selected’ button. Easy!

Though you don’t have to have QuickBooks to use Camelot, many businesses find it convenient to post their Camelot invoices over to this dedicated accounting package.

You then see the number of invoices and payments to post.

Clicking the ‘Post Now’ button prompts you to save a file containing your invoices...

You can then import that file into QuickBooks...

Once imported, your Camelot invoice information will be available in QuickBooks, just as if you had typed it in there, but with zero double entry!
