Features Tour 8 of 11: Call Management

Handle all your calls from a single screen.

Each employee’s call list will be displayed for them on the Phone Calls tab of the Calls & Mailouts Screen, shown below. It’s easy to use.  Just click the ‘Begin Call’ button...

 

Then make notes on the call as you talk. The call duration is automatically recorded for you.  You can even schedule a recall right from this screen if necessary!

Camelot even reminds you at a specific time of an important call by popping up wherever you are in the program with a Contacting Alarm screen, as shown below.
