‘Magic Paper’ Order Screens Make Estimating Easy!

The order screen in Camelot is called ‘Magic Paper’ because it looks like whatever form you chose to use. Therefore, anywere you would normally write on your paper form, you simply click to input information.

Phone scripts can be visible at the bottom of your order screen to help your sales efforts, or with a keystroke you can hide them.  The order screen can be zoomed to the size most comfortable for you to work with.

You can choose from many different work order and invoice form designs that come with Camelot, or you can even design (or have us affordably design) the form of your dreams. 

Any form design can be made to utilize the ‘Magic Paper’ order processing in Camelot!

Here’s another example of a different form.  This one allows for a discount field.  Notice the difference in the Price and Amount fields. (10% discount applied)

The form/ screen closeup below also will display the areas which are receiving your service.  Again, the form possibilities in Camelot are unlimited!

In this form/ order screen example, note this design which is made to be used with pin-fed, pre-prined multi-part forms.

Packages!

Present your services in smartly-crafted packages to sell more services more effectively. Follow our included examples, or use your imagination to come up with your own.

A single mouse click lets you switch between packages to quickly offer choices to your customers, perhaps between “basic”, “deluxe”, and “gold”.  Watch as all calculations instantly adjust before your eyes as you switch!

Here is another variation of a pre-printed form design.  Remember, Camelot can use any form design you want!
