Features Tour 6 of 11: Scheduling

Camelot’s schedule allows you to see a virtually unlimited number of vehicles and/ or days at a time. Jobs are color-coded by geographic zone for easy routing. Match the colors for a tight, productive route!

Shown below is one of many views of the schedule.  It  shows 3 vehicles’ schedule for 5 days. Moving your mouse over a job reveals a summary of job information in a hint.  (The hint contents are customizable by you)

The view below is for one vehicle for 5 days.  This time the hints appear directly in the job box.  This and other settings can be changed by right-clicking to bring up a context-sensitive shortcut menu.

Just a couple of clicks can easily switch your view to the one below:  2 vehicles for a week.

For more long-range planning from one screen, up the view to 2 weeks, as shown below. Larger monitors give added benefit to viewing many days at once.
