Flexible Setup of Your Services & Products Lists--the way YOU want it. Simply put, you can name your services and products anything you want. So have a product named ‘Purple Martian Bubble Gum Ferrari” if it suits you. You can also price products and services any way you want. Maybe you want to price some things one way and other things a different way. Fine! Price per each. Price per square foot, or maybe per cubic centimeter, whatever! Use English or metric measurements. Use your own custom pricing scales. Allow discounts. Create exciting packages with their own special pricing. While you’re at it, why not group your services into logical categories for smart reporting later? Set up as many categories as you want. Dont’ stop now: apply up to 3 different tax rates to each product or service! Now when you go to use these descriptions and prices during estimating, they will auto-fill and auto-calculate as you type. But if you ever need to overwrite your preset information on an estimate, you can! (Now THAT’S flexible!) |

Flexible Sources Setup. Once again, setup is the way YOU want it. You can setup as many sources of business and name them anything you want. You may decide to even ‘code’ them to help in reporting later. Once these are setup, you can assign and track the source for every lead or order you receive, and you can monitor your costs and return on investment numbers through the Source Perfornance report. Even your reminder mailings and the like are sources. The ones that pay best get your special attention. The ones that don’t pay can’t hide from Camelot. It will quickly expose them so you can discontinue them and stop wasting money. |

Flexible Phone Scripts Setup. “Any way you want it” is once again the catchphrase. You can have as many scripts as you want in Camelot. Some scripts might describe your superior service methods. Other scripts can give technical data. Some could be crafted specifically for upselling items your customers want and need, but may not know you offer. Once written, scripts can be accessed during order processing. They can even be assigned to specific services or products, so that when you type a certain package, service, or product, the script automatically appears on-screen for your reference. |

Automatic Upsells! One press of the <F10> key during Order Processing will bring you to the automatic upsells wizard. It presents your upsell items and scripts in the order you have chosen, and it automatically adds each item that is accepted to the order by simply clicking the “Add Upsells” button! |

Commissions: Another Area of Flexible Setup. Camelot allows you to have as many commission levels as you want. You can structure each commission levels to accomodate a variety of bonuses. Once created, you simply assign the desired commission to an employee. Easy! |
