2. Caller ID integration
- When a call comes in from someone in your database, Camelot automatically pulls up the appropriate screen before you even pick up the phone
- Performs one of several actions when phone rings as you prefer: open the customer's record with full history, open a new estimate for the customer, etc.
- To set up, simply plug your phone cord into your computer's modem "phone in" jack, then connect a phone cord from the modem "phone out" jack to the phone. Now Camelot can grab the Caller ID info as it passes through your computer!

Generates a targeted list of testimonials based on services performed and/or geographic area which you can pass on to prospects for review.
