Q: What kind of support do I get with Camelot?
A: Camelot currently comes with the following support:
- Free 24-hour access to Camelot's newly enhanced searchable online Knowledge Base gives you access to the most up-to-date documentation on the Camelot Software system. If you don't find your answer, you may use the "Contact" link there to submit your question, and when a topic is created to answer it you will automatically be notified via email.
New clients receive one month of complimentary live technical support via phone. Additional suport Plans or pay-as-you-go options are available from our recommended phone support provider, CTS Tactics in Washington state. You may contact them at 1-866-872-9467.
Automatic Data Transfer Utilities: Included for QuickBooks customer lists and Excel files. Also available are custom data conversion from virtually every database program avaialable. Our team is highly experienced in helping you get data from other programs commonly used in the past, such as CCS, BSS, PTS, Mistral, SPCS, Power Clean, etc.
