“Wow! What an awesome program you have developed! Our Camelot program has turned what once was confusing and extremely time-consuming into a streamlined, fine-tuned, moneymaking machine!
My company has been using Camelot for the past 3 years. We have a referral program letter that we used to send out to clients, but we had to hand write it.
Talk about time consuming! Now with Camelot’s mail merge function we send out referral coupons as well as confirmation letters with ease. Camelot also personalizes each letter through Microsoft Word’s mail merge. My office manager, Candice, saves at least an hour a day because of this feature.
The zone creator in Camelot has color coded our service areas, so routing our jobs is much easier. In fact we can do an extra job per day because of the windshield time we save. You do the
math; I paid for this program the first week! Now Camelot pays me.
I have also noticed that simple tasks like booking a repeat client is done in a snap.
We used to have to ask for all of the information each time. Now we can handle a larger call volume personally instead of the client having to leave a message.
I would also like to send a personal thank you to Steve and Eric. Some time ago our office person who knew the program well left us suddenly.
So I had to jump in and learn the program all over. Steve and Eric were right there to help. I remember talking with Steve for 45 minutes to an hour. He answered my questions in order to maximize the program’s potential. His past experience in a service business helped him offer insights into my business that you can only get if you’ve been there.
