I have been using another software program for my service business since about 1995. It was adequate for my uses at the time, but the support from this company was very
poor and I was looking for something better. I looked for a year or two. The problem was that nothing available could transfer all of my data to another format without me losing
something. Then I discovered Camelot. I purchased their Sneak Peek and was very excited by what I saw. Thanks to the support staff and programmers at Vanguard, I lost nothing in the
transfer!
I am still quite the novice when it comes to computers. Camelot was very easy to learn. The tech support I received is second to none. I had lots of questions
and they were all answered very completely and with great patience. As updates to the program become available, I get them and Camelot just keeps getting better and better.
Camelot is the most complete and progressive program I have seen. With other programs I looked at, I needed other specialized software to produce the results I
wanted, in some cases at an additional cost of over $3,000.00. With Camelot I can do all the things on my list plus many other things! Camelot makes it easy to keep control of my company with the
wide range of reports available.
I cannot speak highly enough of the program and the people that give you the continuing support that is so valuable. Thank you for giving our industry a very valuable
tool!
