I was using a very primitive software application before switching to Camelot.
I soon realized that being an owner/operator, one effective way to grow would be to increase my efficiency through automation.
When I first got the sample software, I was immediately impressed with all the features Camelot offered.
Although it was all new to me, I did realize this program has the features I need to take my business to the next level.
After you read the entire manual, I was able to set my automated postcard reminder up.
Since it costs six times the amount of money to get a new client versus retaining current clients, automated reminders are very important.
Every month I send out an average of 165 postcards to existing clientele. These aren’t your traditional postcards.
They are totally personalized with the first names, their address (no labels to buy or stick), the date of their last service and an offer. The offer was the only modification I had to do to the included postcards. They are already very well written!
I no longer have to agonize about the fact of my clients forgetting my name and I no longer have to go through the painstaking process of manually generating these reminders. I literally push a
couple of buttons on my computer and they’re done. No overlapping mailings, pure documents, up to date files.
I started using Camelot in October 2000.
