“I want to let you know how much I have appreciated your software.  My first software program was an old DOS program that worked well for me when I first started my business.  I soon saw the limitation that I had and the problems I was going to have in the future as my business grew.

For one thing, client contact became a long and slow process.  I had only had the program for about 6 months and the company went out of business.  No technical help anymore or any upgrades, what a spot to be in!  Well over the next couple of years, I tried whatever version I happened to come across but was disappointed time and time again.  One would fulfill some of my wants and another would fulfill others, but not one that I could find fulfilled the majority of them.

I asked other people that are a part of a marketing group that I belong to what they were using, but I didn’t make much headway.  Then about 4-5 years ago a guy from Canada told me about a program that a service business owner was involved in developing that could offer more.  Well I wrote to Steve, and at the time it was not quite ready. A few months later I get notice that it is available, so I bought what I am sure was one of the first editions.

Well I would be lying if I said I didn’t have problems.  I have to admit, I caused most of them.  The beauty of it was that Steve and Eric stuck it out with me, even though I know I had to have gotten on their nerves.  They talked me through it all and sent updates as they became available.  That says a lot for who they are as people and a company!

So what do I have here?  Well, I have a program that does not need another ‘module’ to broaden its scope.  As I grow, I have the computer program I need to expand with me. It is very flexible.  The marketing capabilities have been a great help to me as a means to grow and keep in touch with my client base.

Now like most technicians-turned-business-owners, it is hard to turn loose of money for a computer program when you could use it to buy a piece of equipment to work with. But I belive that being computerized, if used right, will help you keep control of your business.

Would I buy that first edition if I knew what I know now?  Well let’s put it this way...when the last upgrade came out, I bought it. Now with the latest upgrade being offered I am buying that as well.  This has been a great program for my needs and I recommend it to anyone.”
