When the new century posed a problem for our old software program, we began searching for a new program that would be comparable.  After a couple of months of trying to find a program, or even create our own, we came across Camelot. It went above and beyond our expectations.

We were able to create reports to fit our specifications as well as utilize existing reports.  Tracking VIP clients is so simple.  The accounts payable and receivable reports are all easily accessible and provide all of the necessary information to keep track of our clients.  Sending out statements and invoices to our clients is a breeze.

The layout of the invoices is clear and precise. It makes it easy for our clients to read and see exactly what work has been done and what payments have been made.

Data entry is effortless.  Camelot has so many perks.  We seem to keep finding new things on a regular basis that enhances our workflow.  A recent find was the notes that pop up on the screen when entering invoices regarding each client.  This helps us know right away how to take care of them.

Customer service is also a great asset of Vanguard.  They are always ready to help their clients in an efficient and timely fashion. What more could you want or expect from a great software package?”
