Before using “Camelot” I was using “PestPac 99” for my pest control business. The program was ok, but I was still in search of a more productive program.
I came across an article in PCT magazine about “Camelot Software” and was interested to say the least at the testimonials that backed it up. So I decided to give it a try with the “trial
version”. After the initial setup, I was beginning already to like just the ease of how it was progressing.
I started noticing many different available options that Pest-Pac did not have. One in particular is the ability to “import” not only a picture of my vehicle for the header of forms, but also to
be able to “attach photos” to customer files. This alone is a very powerful tool as I can attach photos of termite damage to structures of my clients’ for future reference!
Other great tools include progression graphs, advertising monitoring, product usage, account receivables, etc. One of the most valuable tools included is the ability to “upsell” a service with
ease using the program itself!
Support from Vanguard has been excellent. When called upon they have responded promptly and have taken care of any problems or answered any of my questions in full.
I’ve noticed that my business has grown since using Camelot and that my “office time” has greatly diminished. I urge any company, from 1 person alone up to the “Big Boys”, whether in pest
control, plumbing, electrical, floral, or whatever your business may be, to take the “trial run” and see for yourself! You won’t be disappointed. After only 2 weeks of trying the
software myself I was sold! The potential for increased revenue and productivity is endless! Thank you “Camelot”
