“We at Shamrock Cleaning & Restoration wanted to let you know hw the Camelot Software program helped us expand our business.  Before we started using the Camelot Software program we used “The Carpet Cleaners” software.  James, our president, saw a demonstration of your program at a convention in Colorado.  He purchased the program right then and there.

The setup and integration of the program was a breeze.  Being able to assign our technicians to a specific vehicle that is assigned to a specific zone is wonderful.  We are able to keep track of our technicians’ commissions without having to calculate it and store it in another area or log book.

This program covers everything businesses like ours need to keep abreast of their customers’ needs. You are able to input their personal information, i.e. allergies, pets, children, etc.  We can track our customers and view how often they use our services, and send them reminders for specific cleaning needs.  By using Camelot Software you save yourself a lot of duplicating; you enter in a customer sale, schedule them and assign a vehicle all at the same time.  What could be easier?

Our phones are quite busy during the day, so being able to email our questions to the support staff and get an answer usually within 2 hours is great.  Everyone at Camelot is nice and courteous and very helpful.  Thank you again.”
