Bears.' Either the programs were too hard to use and cumbersome, or they did not meet our daily business needs at all. However we then took you up on your 30 day trial offer and your system
was just right.
I would like to compliment you on your powerful and yet easy to use software package. Using it has increased our office staff production immensely. It is as easy
as 1-2-3. By the end of the telephone conversation we have 1) scheduled the cleaning 2)obtained any additional information needed and 3) printed the work order. Another feature that I
know will help our company is your tracking of ad/ marketing sources. At last I will know which ads are working to bring in additional business.
I must also congratulate you on your customer service. I have always found your service representatives very helpful. They were prompt in handling all my phone calls
