“Thank you for introducing me to your Camelot Software. With my prior program (Marathon Data) I was not getting the flexibility that I wanted in terms of easy access to different screens and the
ability to save and retrieve information with a few key strokes.
The learning curve I found on the Camelot System to be quite fast with all the tutorials and sample program, as well I find the large printed manual a quick and well-formatted source of information.
The built-in upsell scripts and the mailout section has been an asset to my business as now I can include more information while on the phone and the ready to go insert letters or flyer specials in the
billing envelope.
I would like to add that just the few inserts that I did enclose have paid off with increased sales through referrals. I use it to reconfirm our commitment to client satisfaction and to encourage
them to refer my business as often as possible.
I was happy to find that I could transfer all my existing files to Camelot with just a few key strokes. Since my computer skills are limited I found this to be a great feature that saved a lot of
time.
The few times that I had to call for clarification of an instruction, I have had nothing short of well-qualified and courteous service. The phone conversations were in terms that I could
understand and I did not get the impression that a master computer tech was speaking to the novice. The emails were returned in the shortest of time and I do thank you for that, since I am ( and I
am sure others are as well) stuck on a problem until I receive instructions.
Once again thank you for your help in setting up my system. I rely on my computer to run my business and the Camelot program is meeting my every expectation.”
