The trial version (an actual working version) of Camelot was very impressive and the 30 day period was ample time to decide. The setup was fairly easy and help was just a phone call away. The
program is very easy to go from one screen to the next. Camelot has many features that help me know more about my business. I’m also very impressed with the marketing ability and with the
preset forms that are easy to edit to one’s own style.
The transfer of data out of my old BSS program into Camelot Software was very quick and easy. Any concern on how to install, use or advance my knowledge of its possibilities is covered in the
instructional video or manual or is just a phone call away.
Having a software program, even in a small business, just makes you appear more professional to your clients. The ability to pull information up in a short amount of time for them or you is very
valuable.
The price of the software is very reasonable. A person can pay for it just by having the ability to keep in touch with their present customers more often. I am very pleased with the software
