How do I redo a mailout that has already been marked as sent?

1. On the Calls and Mailouts screen, Mailouts tab, choose the Other option at the bottom left, and change the date range option to be After.
 
2. Set the date there to be the day before whatever date the mailout was sent on
 
3. On the far right, choose Done instead of To Do. 
 
4. You will now see any mailouts that were marked as done after that date. 
 
5. So then you can select the mailout you need to recreate and click Create Now, or you can also right-click on the mailout, and choose to mark it as unsent.
