When printing mailing labels, part of the left character is getting cut off

To fix this problem, you need to customize the Mail Merge Report for the label you are using, and move the boxes to the right slightly to account for the misalignment.

1. Choose Reports from Camelot's main menu navigator

2. Double-click on the Mail Merge Reports folder

3. Highlight the label you need to modify (usually "Avery 5160 Labels")

4. Click the Layout/Design button at the bottom of the Reports screen, which will open the ReportBuilder program for your label design

5. From the View pull-down menu at the top, choose the Show Data option show that gets turned off, and you are then able to see the field names being used.

6. You will see boxes that are for the customer's name, address, city, state, and zip (what prints on the label).  Click and drag each box slightly to the right - about 1 character's width.

7. Click the X at the upper right corner to close the window, and choose Yes to save changes.
