Printing your Schedule Route Sheets

One way to print your schedule route sheets is by clicking Schedule from the main menu navigator, and then right-clicking on it and choosing Print Route Sheets or hitting Ctrl+P on your keyboard.

Printing the schedule like this will print the jobs for each vehicle on the day that is shown in the left-most column on the schedule.  You can also choose to print route sheets for all the days shown by right-clicking anywhere on the schedule and choosing the option Print or Preview Route Sheets (all days shown).

The schedule print-out is just like any of the other reports. If you go to the Reports screen, you will see the Schedule report listed there in the Employee Performance category.  There are a few different layouts for the schedule report that already exist.  They are:

Schedule - This is the default layout that shows jobs by Vehicle with a separate page for each vehicle

Schedule by Appt Time - This format also lists jobs by day and appointment time instead of vehicle

Schedule with Activity Notes - This format includes the Activity Note field which is typically some note entered just for the tech to see about the particular job

Schedule with Line Item Details - This format is like the normal schedule except it includes the line item details for each of the jobs listed, so it is a longer report.

Schedule Dispatch List - This format will list all the jobs by day in order of appointment time and is a wider report

You can set which of these reports you want to use as your Default Route Sheet report by choosing it on the Schedule Options screen in the drop-down box labeled "Default Route Sheet Report".

You can also print the route sheets for any date range by going right to the Reports screen, and copying whichever schedule report you want to use, and then set the criteria for the report to be:

Activity Status is exactly To Do
AND Sched Start Date is between [whatever date range]

Refer to the help for the criteria screen for more information on setting criteria.
