Problem: Unable to login

If you are getting a login screen and you are unable to login, and there is no other error message appearing before you get this login screen, then you may simply have a corrupted workgroup information file (the file that holds user names and passwords).

This file only really changes when you add new user names or passwords to your software, so you can quickly restore from a backup of that file using our Camelot DB Utility.

  1. Close Camelot, and go to Windows Start > Programs > Camelot > Camelot DB Utility
  2. Choose the Restore from Backup option
  3. Choose Workgroup file
  4. Choose the oldest one in the list there to restore from
  5. Now close the Camelot DB Utility, and try to open Camelot again
