When attempting to restore from a backup, I get a message "file does not exist"

This "file does not exist" error message is usually caused by an older version of the Camelot DB Utility program.  If you get this message when trying to restore from a backup using that program, then use the link below to download the newer version of that utility to the folder where you have Camelot installed on each machine (usually the "C:/Program Files/Camelot" folder):

http://www.camelotsoftware.com/download/CamelotDBConnectionUtil.exe

Also be sure that you only use that utility to restore backups from your hard drive, and not from a CD-R or CD-RW.  Click here for more information on backup and restore from CD-R or CD-RW drives.
