Troubleshooting: You cannot associate an item with Sales Tax Payable...
In more recent versions of QuickBooks, it does not like your sales tax account to be named "Sales Tax Payable". You need to change your sales tax account to just be "Sales Tax" on the Company Setup screen's QuickBooks tab in Camelot.
