Well, it is finally here. Camelot version 3.0 is a major upgrade that has been in the works for quite a while now. We are extremely excited about this release, and all of these new features and enhancements:

- Smaller footprint (simpler installation)
- True client/server architecture and transaction processing (records are locked/unlocked individually – no inconsistent user conflicts)
- No Compact/Repair necessary – automatically maintains data integrity
- Easier and more convenient authorization code system
2. Caller ID integration
- Customer information automatically appears on screen as soon as the phone rings
3. Additional mapping features
- links to Google maps, Yahoo maps, or MapQuest
4. Improved Accounting options
- Aging Accounts Receivable report can be run with any “as of” date instead of just the current date
- Ability to set a “Closing Date” that locks any invoices done on or before that date
5. Better Payment tracking
- Payments are now stored separately from Bills
- Easier to apply a single payment to multiple bills
6. Enhanced Reporting
- Vital Statistics summary on the main menu (customizable for each user)
- More consistent naming for report fields and parameters
7. Better Marketing
- “Done for you” mailing thru direct integration with mail house
- Can now test and confirm each step of the marketing funnel before running the entire funnel
- Emailing now works if authentication required (user and password)
- For testimonials, can add a document path which can be opened right from the contact info screen (can do this with each order as well for scanned copies of orders or other order-related documents)

- New Web Knowledgebase with instant answers and more regularly updated topics
- Ongoing web-based training sessions starting soon
