If you happen to be running the Windows 64-bit platform, then you must make the following changes after installing Camelot3:
Go to My Computer, double-click your local disk C: drive, then the Program Files (X86) folder, then Firebird, then Firebird_2_0, and then double-click on the aliases (aliases.conf) file, if it says it doesn't know what program to use to open it, choose Select Program from list, and then choose the Notepad program to open it.
Make the following changes to the entries there in the aliases.conf file:
camelot = c:\program files (X86)\camelot3\database\camdb.fdb
zipcodes = c:\program files (X86)\camelot3\zipcodes.fdb
chemdry = c:\program files (X86)\camelot3\database\CAMDB-CHEMDRY.FDB
nhance = c:\program files (X86)\camelot3\database\CAMDB-NHANCE.FDB
This is because Microsoft has made all non 64-bit programs (like ours and most programs out there still) install not into the default Program Files folder, but into this new folder named "Program Files (X86)", even though their installation programs are instructing and expecting them to go into Program Files.
