Printing Mailing Labels

To print mailing labels in Camelot:

1. From the main menu navigator screen, click on Reports

2. Double-click on the report category folder in the list there named "Mail Merge Reports"

3. The most commonly used label layout is "Avery 5160 Labels", so you can double-click on that report to set its criteria

4. Here is an example of a common criteria to use for printing mailing labels:



So the above criteria would give you a list of clients you have an address for who have not been marked as don't mail and have a job average of greater than or equal to 100 dollars and have done work with you sometime in the past 2 years.  There are lots of options here on who you want to print labels for, but for a general mailing, this would be common.  Click here for more information about the report criteria screen.

5. So then, once this criteria is set, just click Preview on that criteria screen, and there's your labels, ready to print.
