1. Go to Reports, double-click on Mail Merge Reports, select whichever label format you want to use (usually "Avery 5160 Labels"), and click Copy at the bottom of the Reports screen, and name your new copy, for example "Avery 5160 Labels With Barcode".
2. Highlight this new report you've created, and click the Layout/Design button at the bottom of the reports screen.
3. In this ReportBuilder program, choose the DBText toolbar control at the top (it will be the tool button with a little A with a little grid behind the A), and click that onto the label layout. NOTE: If you don't see the DBText toolbar button at the top, then you need to make that toolbar visible by going to the View > Toolbars pull-down menu option and selecting the Data Components option there.
4. Then in the blank drop-down box just to the right of the UserReportData box at the top, choose the field for the full zip code (in Camelot 3.0 it is "Zip-Full-BillingAddress", in older versions it would be "Mailing Zip-Ext"). NOTE: If you don't see the blank drop-down box that has the field name choices at the top, then you need to make that toolbar visible by going to the View > Toolbars pull-down menu option and selecting the Edit option there.
5. Now right-click on this new control you've added on the label layout that has its field set to the full zip code, and uncheck the Visible option there.
6. Now at the top, choose the DBBarCode toolbar button, and click that onto your label layout.
7. Again at the top, choose the zip code field name for this control in the blank drop-down box to the right of the box that says UserReportData (again, in Camelot 3.x it is "Zip-Full-BillingAddress", in older versions it would be "Mailing Zip-Ext").
8. Now right-click on this new bar code control you've added and choose Configure, and in the Type option there, choose PostNet.
9. Now you can position this control to be right below the address box on your label, and reposition the other controls here to make room for it if necessary.
10. Then close the report designer with the X at the upper right and say Yes to save changes.
