Added in Camelot 3.1, there is a new utility for exporting your entire customer list to a CSV file (comma-separated values - can open easily in Excel), so that you can then send that file to a USPS address correction company, and they can then correct the file, and send it back to you.
To do this, go to Tools > Utilities > Export Address List to CSV File for USPS Updating..., choose a location to save the file and a name for the file, and click Save, then email that file to whatever company you are using for that.
They should then edit and correct that file to have all the proper USPS formatted address info, (including if an address just needs to be removed, they should not remove, but instead mark the DONOTMAIL column as T instead of F) and then send you back a corrected CSV file - formatted the same way - exact same column names, order, etc. - and so then you again go to Tools > Utilities > Import USPS Address Corrections, and browse to choose the file they have returned to you, and then the update within your database will happen. This process may take a while depending on how many records are in your database, so just be patient and let it finish.
