In Camelot 3.x, the default user name is ADMIN, and the hint on the login screen (when you press the little question mark button to the right of the password entry box) will tell you the default password.
To change the password for the ADMIN user, you must:
1. Go to the Misc/Setup>Employee screen, and set up a new employee if needed or select from existing (eg. your name)
2. On the User tab for the desired Employee, click "Set User Name/Password, and enter ADMIN as the user name, and then whatever new password you want for the ADMIN user, along with a helpful hint for yourself.
IMPORTANT! Please confirm and write down and do not lose this new ADMIN user password. There are some functions in the program where you must login as the ADMIN user to perform them, and if you change the password and forget it, you will have to send us your database so we can reset it for you, and this will not be a free service. So, please do not change the ADMIN password and then forget or lose your new password. Make sure you put in a helpful hint and write it all down in a safe place.
3. On the same User tab, make sure your new ADMIN user Employee has access to every form by clicking the double arrows pointing to the right, so that all form appear in the "Screens Accessible to this User" area.
