When creating a reminder or follow-up letter, you may find the need to send the letter only to clients who had a specific service description or service category performed.
In version 3.x, to accomplish this, you can still base the report on the Contact List dataset, as most Mail Merge Reports are, but you need to use a special date field in the criteria, and some other options on the Special Parameters tab of the Criteria screen.
The date field to use instead of "Last Done Order Date" is "Last Done Order for Service Date". So, an example of the criteria would be:

Then, go to the Special Parameters tab of the criteria screen, and you'll see places to put either a partial (with the % wild card) or exact service category and/or service description. Refer to the hints on the right of that screen to understand how to enter the text.
