To setup the remote login usernames, passwords, and options for your remote users, click the Remote Users button from the first main screen in the Camelot Mobile Server program.
You can set the following options for each user:
Check 'Allow Contact Search' if you want the user to be able to search and pull up customer information from your entire database.
Check 'Allow New Order Entry' if you want the user to be able to enter/create new orders/jobs.
On the Vehicles/Schedules tab there, check which Vehicles from your active crew/vehicle list for which you want that user to access scheduling. If you choose more than one, then the remote user will be able to switch between different vehicles to see the schedule for each.
Once you have setup your users, and other configurations on this server computer, then you can login remotely from any device with a web browser (Safara, Opera, Chrome, Firefox, etc).
