Each Camelot 3.x database you run must be registered, and your user licenses are all registered through that one database and an internal unique identifier for that database which is created automatically upon installation of the software.
So, after you have purchased the software, be sure you have an active internet connection, and choose Tools > Register from Camelot's pull-down menu. Then complete that form and click OK to submit it.
It will probably initially tell you it was unable to register and that you need to be watching for an email to the email address you put on the form which will tell you what to do next. Once you receive the email confirmation from us, it will instruct you to redo that registration form, and then your registration for that database will be complete.
When you get a new computer, simply be sure to copy the database file that is already registered from your old machine to the new machine, and it won't ask for further registration.
IMPORTANT: If you are upgrading from version 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, or 3.3 to the latest version of Camelot 3.x, then after installing, you will see a warning that you need to resubmit your registration information for confirmation. After doing this, it may take a few days for it to be processed and for you to get an email response asking you to finalize/resubmit the form once more. Don't worry. You will not be locked out or limited in your program use in any way during this delay. Simply await the email response and once you receive it, then submit the registration form one last time, at which point you will be fully registered, and the warning message will disappear.
