If you have a dot-matrix printer, then you want to be sure to use one of the PrePrint form layouts that does not print all of the graphics (logo art, lines, shadings). There are a number of different forms that have "PrePrint" in their name to choose from.
If you are not using a dot-matrix printer, then you may have chosen some logo graphic file that is really large and therefore making the form take longer to print. You should be able to resize the file in a graphics application (Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) to solve this problem.
