Why do some things appear on screen but are not printing on my form?
Most of the form layouts are setup so that if you don't want the quantities or prices to print out, you can choose to Print with Conditionals Blank (Ctrl+Alt+P instead of Ctrl+P or choose the option from the Orders pull-down menu).
If there is some other field that you don't want to print out, you can go into the form layout designer, double-click on the field in question, and on the Field Properties screen that comes up, go to the Behavior tab and uncheck the Print this Field box.
Also be aware that you also may not want to print the borders and background for the box, so you can uncheck those Print boxes on the Border and Background tab. See the topic about customizing form layouts for more information.
