This is caused in versions of QuickBooks before '99 and is a Y2K glitch. To avoid this problem, you must be sure that the dates that get exported are formatted as a 2-digit year, not a 4-digit year - that is, QB recognizes 00 as the year 2000, but not 2000. To do this, in Camelot, go to the Misc/Setup pull-down menu, choose Company/Misc. Info, go to the Regional Tab, and change both the date and the date/time formatting to have just 2 y's instead of 4. Then redo your export and import.
