What is a Marketing Funnel?

As you enter clients and orders into your database, you are gathering very valuable pieces of information that will help you market your services to that client in the future. One of the most powerful ways to do this is through direct-mail marketing. 

The program will help you keep your list of clients organized so that you can easily stay in touch with them and remind them when it is time for them to use your services again, or if they are a prospect, to present them with one of your sales offers.
 
This can be accomplished automatically by using a Marketing Funnel. These funnels define lists of clients who meet certain criteria to whom you wish to send a direct-mail marketing piece. 
 
A marketing funnel is essentially an outline of all the steps in a given marketing campaign, from start to finish, that you would like to use to either get a new customer or have a repeat customer buy from you again.  Part of the power of the Marketing Funnel is its ability to monitor tens of thousands of conditions daily, then “hand pick” exactly the right group of your contacts (customers or prospects) to be added for a given marketing effort at the most likely time.
 
You can have as many Marketing Funnels working for you simultaneously as you want, and these can be as simple or sophisticated as you can imagine. We have included a ready-to-use funnel, called the Basic Funnel.  You can add as many separate funnels as you like.

NOTE: There may be more funnels listed on the marketing funnels screen that are not
visible to you because you are only viewing the active funnels.  Select the Show All option at the bottom left to see all funnels, whether they are active or not.
