Activating/Deactivating Entire Funnels and/or Funnel Detail Entries
Each funnel can be active or not, and each funnel detail entry in a funnel can be active or not. By unchecking the Funnel Currently Active checkbox for a funnel, you are making it so that when you Re-funnel on the Calls and Mailouts screen, that entire funnel will be left out. This is handy so that you can experiment and create different types of complicated funnels, and simply activate and deactivate them as you wish.
Typically when you are trying to get a certain funnel entry to work properly, it sometimes will help to deactivate all others so that you are narrowing down the one funnel until you get it to produce the results you want.
You can always see all of the funnels whether they are active or not by selecting the Show All option at the bottom left corner. To show only the currently active funnels, select Show Current there. You can also deactivate specific funnel detail entries. To do so, double-click on the funnel detail entry row to access the funnel detail screen and then uncheck the Active box there, and click OK.
