Each of the mailouts in the Basic Funnel have similar criteria, the only difference being the date range for their Last Order Date. Let's say you wanted to make a change. Let's say you only want to send your mailouts to clients whose job average is higher than 75 dollars. Here is how you would make that change.
1. Double-click on the description for the funnel mailout, and then click Change Criteria.
2. To add the job average criteria, click the plus at the bottom of this list, then in the field description box, choose Average Sales
3. In the Operator box, choose greater than or equal to
4. In the box for Value type, choose Exact Value
5. In the value box, type 75 and click OK. That's it. You have changed the criteria for that mailout to also only include clients whose job average is higher than 75 dollars.
There are endless ways to set up your criteria. It is a logical process and sometimes it will take trial and error to get the list that you want.
