Running your Marketing Funnel - Creating Mailouts using the Marketing Funnel

Whenever you are ready to do the mailouts for people who are in your funnel (meet the criteria you have setup), click the Calls & Mailouts button on the Navigator. Then on the Mailouts tab of the Calls and Mailouts screen, click the Re-Funnel button.  The program will run all of the queries with the criteria as they are setup in your active Marketing Funnels and add the appropriate letters to be mailed out to the Mailouts to Send list shown on this screen. 
 
Then follow the normal steps for creating the mailouts, discussed in more detail in the Calls and Mailouts section of the help.
 
IMPORTANT: When you refunnel, any mailouts to send that were entered by refunnels in the past that are still listed here that have not yet been done (they are still marked "To Do") will be removed from the to do list.  Any mailouts that have already been marked as sent will still be listed under the client's mailout history as having been sent.
