Since you can enter an email address for a client on the Contact Information screen, you can also send an email to a list of clients directly from the program.
It is a good idea to first setup your email as a Mailout on the Correspondence Definitions screen. The description for the mailout must have "Email" somewhere in it, and put the text you want in the email into the Long Note/Description box on the Mailout/Correspondence tab, and the Subject you want in the Short Note / Subject box on the General tab.
Once you have setup your correspondence definition for the email, you can mark to send it to clients just like any other mailout, that is either through the Marketing Funnel, or by manualling adding it on the Mailouts tab of their contact information screen.
