How do I send a mailout to a client?

Entering Mailouts To Send
To add a mailout to send for one of your clients (contacts), go to the Mailouts tab Contact Information screen and click on the “Add…” button near the top of that tab.  Then choose the Mailout Description that you want to send to the contact, and a date to send the correspondence. The mailout to be sent will now be in your mailout list viewed from the Calls and Mailouts screen, if it falls in the date range you are looking at on that screen (which defaults to be mailouts to send on or before the current date).
