You can delete any client from your list by right-clicking on the client's row and choosing Delete. If the client has history, that is there are multiple site records, work orders or invoices, transactions, mailouts, or phone calls, then the program will warn you about this history and ask if you are sure you want to delete all of that. Since the database is relational, you cannot delete a client without also deleting their history.
You can delete multiple clients at once by multi-selecting them in the grid. Simply click on the first client you want to delete, then hold down the [Shift] key on your keyboard and click on the last client you want to delete, and all rows in-between will be deleted. You can also click on a row, and then hold down [Ctrl] on your keyboard and click on additional rows to select non-adjacent rows in the grid. Remember that it will stop and ask you about each client record if they do have history to confirm that you want to delete all of that.
