Address / Phone Numbers Tab (Contact Info Screen)

On the Contact Information Screen, you will see the Address/Phones tab.

The Mailing/Billing Address fields are the main address where you send mail or invoice the client (Bill To address).  Often for a residential client this will also be their site address.  Notice as you type in the zip code, that the city name will automatically appear if you are in the US.  Also, when entering the phone numbers, if on the Regional tab of the Company Setup screen you set to automatically enter your area code and/or format the phone numbers, then you will see that formatting take place.  You can also dial any of the phone numbers directly by pressing the small phone button next to the number if you have your phone hooked to your computer's modem.

Notice the Don't Mail checkbox.  This is a way you can mark this client record not to receive mail from you.  This is only a flag and must also be taken into to account on any client list report or funnel entry that you create (that is, you would add a criteria row of "No Mail? is No (False)" to exclude those clients on which you checked this box.

Also, notice the Email box where you can enter an email address for the client, and you can even send an email directly from the program by clicking the button directly above and to the right of the email address box.  You must have the correct SMTP mail host name entered on the Email tab of the Company Setup screen to do this.  You can also send the same email message to a list of clients.  See the help on Emailing your Clients for more information
