Sites tab (Contact Info Screen)

On the Sites tab of the Contact Information screen, additional sites for this main billing client can be listed.  This is commonly used when there is an owner of multiple properties that you may be servicing.  You can usually wait to enter those as you create new orders for the client, but you can always see or edit the sites from here.  Keep in mind that making a change to a Site Address here may also change the site address information on any orders entered for that site.  Click here for more information on entering a new site from the order form.
 
When dealing with a residential client with just one site, there is no need to enter that site that is the same as their mailing/billing address because the software will automatically enter one site that is the same as that and make it the default site for the client.  Each client will have one default site that is the one set as the job site on an order when you first choose that client on an order.  You can change which one is the default site by right-clicking on a site listed here and choosing Set As Default.
 
Also be aware that you can delete sites from the list here, but you shouldn't delete a site for which you have already entered orders.
