Phone Calls tab (Contact Info Screen)

The Phone Calls tab on the Contact Information screen is where you can log phone calls you have had with a client, or schedule a phone call to make that will appear on the appropriate day on the Calls and Mailouts screen.  Remember that these rows here can be sorted by whichever column, so again, normally you would sort by the Scheduled Start Date column so the calls are in chronological order.
 
To schedule a call to be made, simply click the Schedule Call button, and enter the date and time for the call to be made, and choose the Employee to make the call in the drop-down box at the bottom left corner.  If you check the Remind Me box, and you have security enabled so that each user is logging in to the program, then at that time the call to make will pop-up on that user's screen.
