Mailouts tab (Contact Info Screen)

The Mailouts tab of the Contact Information screen is where you add Mailouts to send to a client, and see the mailouts that have been sent.  Your mailout description comes from the list of Correspondence Definitions that you setup.  Each Correspondence definition either has a Mail Merge Report that is used to create it, an MS Word Mail Merge Document that is used to create it, or it may be an Email that is defined there in the correspondence definition.
 
To add a Mailout to be sent to the client, simply click the Add button, and choose the appropriate mailout name from the drop-down list of correspondences, set the date to send the mailout, and click OK.  You will see the list of mailouts to be sent for the day from the Calls and Mailouts screen.
